Special introduction to Sand permeability tester / air permeability tester
The intelligent gas permeability tester uses a rapid method to measure the air permeability of the core sand in the dry state and the wet state. The instrument consists of an electronic electric air pressure source, an imported high-precision micro pressure sensor, a microcomputer processing control, and a printing system. It can automatically and accurately complete the measurement, display, data processing and printing of air permeability. Can be widely used in production, research, teaching.
Sand permeability tester / air permeability tester features:
1. Electronic electric air pressure source: It adopts special electronic frequency modulation speed motor to provide constant air pressure output through digital control of single chip microcomputer.
2. Automatically switch between large and small obstruction holes, without manual intervention, the computer can judge the opening and closing of the two holes intelligently, and realize the automatic measurement of full-range air permeability.
3. High precision: Constant pressure frequency modulation The electric air pressure source can output a constant air pressure to ensure the accuracy of the test. At the same time, it imports high-precision micro pressure sensor and 41/2 digit (decimal) A/D data acquisition system. Applications can further improve the accuracy of the system.
4. Data storage and power-down protection function: It can store 100 sets of experimental results. In the case of shutdown or power failure, the collected data is completely stored in the computer system for further display and printout.
5. Printing function: Using dot matrix micro-printer, the collected and stored data can be output as data through keyboard commands. For two groups and more than two groups of data, the average value can be printed.
